Czech Glass Mardi Gras Beads #165
Presented is a vintage strand of glass Mardi Gras beads from Czechoslovakia. These beads were thrown from the Mardi Gras parade floats in New Orleans during the 20's/30's. Various colors and shapes were typical of Czech beads of that era. The Czech paper tag is not present. Beads measure approximately 17.5" in length (from end to end) with a spring ring style closure. Condition is good. I did restring this strand so please keep in mind these are very vintage beads. Here's to the Mardi Gras!
